Eastern Gate has been designed under a Right to Occupy Agreement which entitles the occupants to use and enjoy the Cluster Home as long as they are able or wish to do so. This Right to Occupy Agreement does not convey full or partial ownership of the Real Estate. It does entitle the occupants to live in their own home at a low monthly charge.
